Cornizuelo Coffee

Known as Caracolillo in the coffee world, this bean (peaberry) has an oval shape and there is only one bean per fruit, while normal fruits have two. This is due to a unique natural phenomena (commonly, 5% of the crop comes in the form of caracolillo beans). This is an overall stronger coffee with notes of chocolate and brown sugar, with a medium acidity and good body. (340g)
