Known as Caracolillo in the coffee world, this bean has an oval shape and there is only one bean per fruit, while normal fruits have two. This is due to a unique natural phenomena (commonly, 5% of the crop comes in the form of caracolillo beans). This is an overall stronger coffee with notes of chocolate, with a medium acidity and good body. (340g)
