Inspired by ancient traditions and techniques of the Chorotega, this coffee is first stored for pre-fermentation and then dried in the sun. Next, the beans are fermented in barrels with alcohol. After fermentation is complete, the beans are taken out and dried for a second time in the sunlight. (340g)
